they do not honor their warranty do not buy from this company they don't even have a us office u have to call China or someone loosely affiliated definitely a scam if you ask me unhappy with your product they are going to make it difficult for you instead of making it right

Bought the Nord 4 what a big mistake that was its bearly 4 months old and the filler cap has failed on both pods (snapped off) , one of the magnetic buttons has fallen out and gone missing never again, this is the second one I've purchased and the first one was a great vape, not sure why they would decrease in quality... never again

For the last 5/6 years I've been trying out various vapes. Many of which have been Smok. I can say with confidence I never had a smok device that didn't (free speach was hindered from this goofy website.) tick me off. The most recent arcfox tfv18 combo is as awful and leaky as the old tfv12's. Awful products all around littered with technical issues out of the consumers control. I recommend you use any company other than this one.

Novo2: Was OK for a while, then the battery stopped charging. You have to jump through a dozen hoops to get service and if you tossed your purchase receipt you're SOL. Website says this:Before you submit warranty claim, you need prepare below materials:
a. A picture of receipt or purchase proof
b. A picture of anti-fake label
c. A video or picture to show the problem of vape
Upload a video of me vaping? Bull. Can you tell from the wording this product ain't made in the 'ole USA? Convenient size and no switches/buttons to accidentally turn on, but if you won't make it easy for customers to return a defective product, then you're product gets one star only. BTW, the retail store said they can't take it back - must contact Smok.

I am disappointed in smok. Tfv12 cloud beast king tank is leaking and nothing helps. My other smok tank won't unscrew it just spins because my r-kiss mod has it's 510 connection loose. Im not going to buy smok's products again.

Usually my tfv 16 dual mesh last me a long while but I don't know what you've done to cut costs but these coils can't last 2 days now.

I'm assuming it's mostly a quality control issue but I've never had a smok product that's been worth the money. Whether it's the coils burning out instantly, leaking, firing on their own. They're just objectively bad products.

I have had 2 Nord 4s in a row and they both decide to not charge after a month! Each time. I’m pissed. I used to love Smok. Plus I have a lot of friends that have Smok but I guess it’s time to throw Smok in the garbage because I’m never buying from them again. This is outrageous!!

Terrible vapes

Welcome to the Smok Scam. A constant product evolution replacing decent performing devices with crumbier more expensive ones, making much of the hardware they’d sold before obsolete. Also should your Smok product fail most vape stores will say you are on your own.

Smok says they cover their mod’s, if you do all the legwork. My shop said I should mail my brand new $65 dollar mod, that died in a less than a WEEK, to them and hope they decide to replace it. A waste of money & materials!
